Ihre Aufgaben

Führe unseren Aufbau von API-Integrationen zu Lieferanten, die absolut entscheidend für den Erfolg von VESTIGAS sind.
Zeige Lieferanten die Vorteile der VESTIGAS-Plattform auf und überzeuge sie von einer API-Integration.
Leite den Prozess der API-Einrichtung und stelle eine nahtlose und effiziente Integrationserfahrung für die Lieferanten sicher.
Arbeite eng mit technischen Teams zusammen, um maßgeschneiderte API-Lösungen zu entwerfen, die den vielfältigen Bedürfnissen der Lieferanten entsprechen und gleichzeitig hohe Standards an Qualität und Konsistenz wahren.
Manage bestehende Kernlieferanten wie Würth, Hilti und BayWa und nutze Möglichkeiten, um Lieferantendienste durch zusätzliche Funktionen zu erweitern und zu verbessern.
Treib die Automatisierung und und Verbesserung des API-Integrationsprozesses voran, um die Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit zu erhöhen.
Überwache die Implementierung, Wartung und laufenden Support von API-Integrationen, um eine optimale Leistung und schnelle Problemlösung zu gewährleisten.
Entwickle umfassende Dokumentationen und Support-Ressourcen, um Lieferanten bei der effektiven Nutzung unserer APIs zu unterstützen.
Baue ein auf API-Lösungen fokussiertes Team auf, setze Ziele und entwickle Strategien für langfristigen Erfolg und Skalierbarkeit.

Ihr Profil

Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten, um externe Partner effektiv zu überzeugen.
Eine "Can-do"- Einstellung mit Fokus auf rasche Umsetzung deiner Aufgaben
Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und Teamführung, mit der Fähigkeit, ein leistungsstarkes Team in der Geschäfts- und Technikwelt aufzubauen und zu entwickeln.
Nachgewiesene Expertise im Management und in der Verbesserung komplexer Prozesse, idealerweise im Kontext der API-Integration und -Bereitstellung.
Starke analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, um operative Prozesse zu überwachen und zu verbessern.
Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis von Software-Engineering, idealerweise auch von API-Design, Implementierung und Wartung.
Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, mit ausgezeichneten mündlichen und schriftlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Your mission

Spearheading our overall efforts on API integrations to suppliers, which are absolutely crucial to the success of VESTIGAS.
Engaging with suppliers to demonstrate the benefits of API integration with VESTIGAS’s platform, focusing on supply chain efficiency.
Leading the API setup process, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration experience for suppliers.
Working closely with technical teams to design tailored API solutions that meet diverse supplier needs while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
Managing existing key supplier accounts like Würth, Hilti and BayWa and capitalizing on opportunities to upsell and enhance supplier services through additional features.
Championing the automation and streamlining of the API integration process, aiming for increased efficiency and scalability.
Overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of API integrations, ensuring optimal performance and swift resolution of issues.
Developing comprehensive documentation and support resources to assist suppliers in understanding and utilizing our APIs effectively.
Building a team focused on API solutions, setting goals and developing strategies for long-term success and scalability.

Your profile

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging and convincing external partners.
A can-do attitude with a focus on speed of implementation necessary to succeed in a startup
Experienced in project management and team leadership, with the ability to build and grow a high-performing team in both the business and engineering world.
Demonstrated expertise in managing and streamlining complex processes, if possible in the context of API integration and deployment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to oversee and improve operational processes.
Foundational technical understanding of software engineering, if possible also of API design, implementation, and maintenance.
Fluent in German & English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
