Your mission

Collaborate closely with our team of engineers to design and implement advanced features for our AI-driven supply chain operating system.
Lead the development of new generative AI and document recognition technologies, integrating them seamlessly into our existing solutions.
Work on improving the accuracy, efficiency, and uncertainty estimation of our document processing algorithms.
Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the high quality and reliability of our AI features.
Contribute to the scalability and core functionality of our AI solutions.
Establish and uphold high standards in our engineering practices, tooling, and processes.

Your profile

Passionate about developing AI solutions, particularly in generative AI combined with OCR.
Experience with machine learning, natural language processing, and image processing techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages used in AI development, such as Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries.
Demonstrated ability to write clean, reusable, and well-tested code for direct deployment to customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for tackling challenging customer issues.
Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills.

This will allows us to save >10bn € of costs and several million tons of CO2 in Germany alone. Ihre Aufgaben

Arbeite eng mit unseren Engineers zusammen, um fortschrittliche Features für unser KI-gesteuertes OS für die Lieferkette zu designen und zu implementieren.
Leite die Entwicklung neuer generativer KI- und Dokumentenerkennungstechnologien und integriere sie nahtlos in unsere bestehenden Lösungen.
Arbeite an der Verbesserung der Genauigkeit, Effizienz und Unsicherheitsschätzung unserer Algorithmen für
Dokumentenverarbeitung.
Führe rigorose Tests durch, um die hohe Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit unserer KI-Funktionen zu gewährleisten.
Trage zur Skalierbarkeit und Kernfunktionalität unserer KI-Lösungen bei.
Setze und halte hohe Standards in unseren Ingenieurpraktiken, Werkzeugen und Prozessen.

Ihr Profil

Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung von KI-Lösungen, insbesondere im Bereich der generativen KI in Verbindung mit OCR.
Erfahrung mit Techniken im Machine Learning, der NLP und der Bildverarbeitung.
Beherrschung der in der KI-Entwicklung verwendeten Programmiersprachen, wie Python, und Vertrautheit mit KI-Frameworks und -Bibliotheken.
Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, sauberen, wiederverwendbaren und gut getesteten Code direkt für Kunden bereitzustellen.
Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Begeisterung für die Bewältigung herausfordernder Kundenprobleme.
Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch, mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
