Your mission

• You ensure overall high-quality experience across all touchpoints with VESTIGAS.
• You take care of the onboarding process and make sure customers know how to use VESTIGAS.
• You take responsibility for the entire product management cycle, from expert meetings in our sales process to the onboarding of new customers and the expansion of active customer relationships.
• You discover key pain points of customers and collaborate with the Product team to ensure constructive solution testing.
• You maintain and expand active relationships with customers and solve technical problems to drive customer satisfaction.
• You embrace our culture of proactiveness, respect, and performance and be an all-around great team member!

Your profile

• Proven track record of success in project management, ideally with a B2B focus, and preferably in SaaS-Startups and/or the construction industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers, and ideally experience with customers.
• Strong grasp of IT-systems and the interplay between different solutions, processes and APIs.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Passion for making customers succeed in their digitization efforts.
• Fluency in German is required.
