Ihre Aufgaben

Du tauchst in verschiedene Themenbereichen ein, darunter Strategy, Organization, Operations, Partnerships und Investor Relations.
Du betreust strategische Projekte in direkter Abstimmung mit den Gründern.
Du suchst ständig nach Verbesserungs- und Wachstumspotenzial - in allen Unternehmensbereichen.
Du hilfst beim Aufbau des Teams bei VESTIGAS, etablierst Prozesse und übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben.

Ihr Profil

Du liebst Herausforderungen und bist bereit, Thema proaktiv anzugehen und selbstständig umsetzen.
Du forderst uns mit deinem offenen Feedback heraus, uns kontinuierlich und ganzheitlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Du konntest bereits in anderen Positionen beweisen, dass du kundInnenorientiert, datengetrieben und mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung arbeiten kannst.
Du verfügst über relevante Praktika, idealerweise in Software-Startups, -Scaleups oder der Strategie- und Prozessberatung.
Du befindest dich am Ende deines Bachelorstudiums oder im Masterstudium in Wirtschafts- bzw. Sozialwissenschaften, der technischen BWL oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
Du verfügst über hervorragende Deutsch (C2-Level) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1-Level) in Wort und Schrift.
Du bist hochmotiviert, eine der wichtigsten Industrien zu digitalisieren und jedes Teammitglied dabei zu unterstützen, noch effizienter zu werden.

Your mission

You dive into various topics in the areas of strategy, organization, operations, partnerships, and investor relations.
You manage strategic projects in direct coordination with the founders.
You constantly seek improvement and growth potential - in all areas of the company.
You build the team at VESTIGAS from the ground up, establish processes, and take full responsibility for your tasks.

Your profile

You thrive on challenges and want to proactively approach and implement projects yourself.
You challenge us with your open feedback to continuously develop the organization further.
You have relevant internships, ideally in software startups and scale-ups or in strategy and process consulting.
You have already proven in other positions that you can work customer-oriented, data-driven, and with a high level of autonomy.
You are at the end of your bachelor's degree orinthe master's program in business or social sciences, technical business administration, or a comparable degree program.
You have very good German (C2 level) and English language skills (C1 level) in spoken and written form.
You are highly motivated to make one of the most important industries digital and to help every team member become even faster.
